I tried getting tickets through cmaquarium.org, and it wasn’t exactly the easiest part of the day. A few pages took their time loading, and after paying, the confirmation didn’t show up right away, so I just sat there wondering if everything actually went through. It did work eventually, but the whole process could definitely be smoother

The aquarium was okay overall, but the show schedule was kind of frustrating. We planned our visit around the times listed online, and then one show started late and another seemed like it had changed by the time we got there. The staff were nice enough, but we didn’t really get a clear answer from anyone. It wasn’t a terrible visit or anything, but it did make the day feel a little messy

We went thinking it’d be a fun little family day out, but it just didn’t feel all that kid-friendly. My kids got bored quick and there wasn’t much there to keep them busy or make things easier for parents. It ended up feeling more stressful than fun, tbh. I don’t think we’d plan another family visit here agian.

I had a decent time overall, but the tickets felt kind of expensive for what it was. It was enjoyable and all, just not totally sure I’d say it was worth the price...

I was feeling mentally drained and just needed something easy to do with the kids, so getting the membership passes ended up being a great choice. We definitely saved money, and the kids were so excited to go back more than once. It made planning days out a lot less stressful.

I went after hearing about their animal rehab work, i’m glad I trusted my instinct. It didn’t feel like your typical aquarium where it’s just about looking at fish and moving on. You can really tell their focus is on helping injured animals and educating people, which made the whole visit feel more meaningful. Some spots were a little crowded, and I did think a few of the signs could’ve been easier to understand, but overall I really liked it. The staff seemed genuinely caring, and getting to see the rehab side made the trip feel worth it.

Bathrooms were dirty, and a lot of the exhibits felt barely maintained. Just didn’t feel cared for.

I had a feeling I was going to like this spot, it totally proved me right. The food was really good, and the shop itself is super cute. Just one of those places that feels easy to enjoy

I checked out cmaquarium with my kids, we ended up learning more than I expected. The information is clear and easy to follow without feeling dry or overwhelming. We especially liked reading about the animals and the rescue work they do. It feels educational, but still simple enough for kids to stay interested. Definitely a nice site to visit if you want something informative and family-friendly.

I booked the animal encounter and behind-the-scenes tour for my kids, and overall we had a really good time. The staff were friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy for the kids to follow, without going on forever. Getting up close to the animals and being able to ask questions was definitely the best part. You can tell the keepers genuinely care about what they do. The group was small too, which was nice because we could actually hear everything. I’m only giving 4 stars because the ending felt like they were trying to hurry us along a little, and the parking situation was more confusing than it probably needed to be. Still, it was a really nice visit and I’d recommend it.

We spent about 2 hours at the aquarium, and that felt like the perfect amount of time. It wasn’t so short that we felt like we missed things, but it also didn’t drag on forever.
The layout was easy to follow once we were inside, and we could take our time without feeling rushed. A few areas got crowded, but people kept moving, so it never felt too frustrating. I will say, some of the signs and directions weren’t super clear, which was a little annoying when we were trying to figure out where to go next.

It was a good pace for the kids too. They stayed interested the whole time and didn’t get tired or cranky by the end. Overall, it was a really nice visit, and we’d probably go again.

There were renovations going on during my visit, so it was a bit noisier than I expected. I kind of wish I’d known ahead of time so I could’ve planned around it, but I still had a nice time overall

So... I tried to cancel, but the refund rules were so strict and confusing that it felt basically impossible to get my money back.

I was just trying to find basic stuff like hours and ticket info, but the site felt confusing. I clicked around for maybe 5 minutes or so and still couldn’t easily figure out where things were. The menus aren’t super clear, and I ended up giving up.
